Description
This is a replacement icon for Corel DRAW 11. If you prefer the traditional balloon to the squiggly blob thing, this may suit you. 
The zip file contains an appropriately named ICNS file, which you can just copy and paste straight into your resources directory in the Corel DRAW application folder. (So, you may want to rename the old file first.)
If you’re not using Mac OS X, then there’s a bonus PNG image as well, which you can convert for the Windows version if you wish. Or even for Linux, if you have it running under Wine or something.
