BIGPOW Stereo Robot

I saw these great looking, cute robot statues in a video I saw recently, and just had to find out what they were! And, where they were!
They’re a trio of music playing “robots” at the Zhongshan Linear Park in Taipei. The central one is called BIGPOW, and the 2 on either side are TWINPOW L & TWINPOW R.
I think these are so fantastic — I just had to attempt a 3D rendition of them in Art Of Illusion for fun! What a nifty trio of interactive, public statuary! We need something like this in Sydney.
From the pictures I’ve seen, you can plug in your portable media player or the like, to the central chap, and you can then hear the music in the surrounding area, it would seem. In another picture, the BIGPOW one has a BlueTooth feature instead. So perhaps he was changed from too much damage to the cord hanging out.
The face displays look like they may be something along the lines of a bunch of RGB L.E.D.s perhaps, because I’ve seen photos of them in different colours. Although, not all of the dots seem to be able to be lit. They seem to have just enough for eyes and a mouth.
The real robots have lightning bolts on the back, and the middle one seems to have a big X shape as well, but I didn’t put these in, since you can’t see their backs in my pictures.
The original designer was Akibo Lee, so I claim no ownership / affiliation of the designs. And I could hardly just mosey on over to Taipei and take some photos! I thought somebody else may’ve had a photo here at DeviantArt, but not from what I could find.
